Productivity Planner Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Productivity Planner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

ELII grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Productivity Planner for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

Productivity Planner offers optional Premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. Premium is available as auto-renewing subscriptions — Premium Monthly (€1.99 / month) and Premium Yearly (€9.99 / year) — or as a one-time Premium Lifetime purchase (€19.99). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

Productivity Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ELII is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
