Productivity Planner Privacy Policy

Productivity Planner is built to keep your planning private. Your content stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account. ELII has no servers that store your personal data and does not sell your information.

Your data

Everything you create — to-dos, notes, ideas, habits, routines, shopping items, and your history — is stored locally on your device so the app works fully offline.

iCloud sync

With the optional Premium sync feature, your data is synchronized through your own private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit) so it stays consistent across your devices and is backed up. This data lives in your personal iCloud; ELII cannot access it. iCloud is operated by Apple under Apple's own privacy terms.

Microphone & speech recognition

Voice dictation is optional. If you use it, the app requests access to your microphone to capture speech and convert it to text so you can quickly create new entries. Audio is used only for this feature and only while you actively use it.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends local notifications (for example, to-do, habit, routine, and day-review reminders) generated on your device. These are not sent from a remote server.

Widgets & Live Activities

Home screen widgets and Live Activities display information such as today's plan and a running routine's countdown, read from data stored on your device.

Purchases (StoreKit / In-App Purchases)

Optional Premium features are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit), including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple; ELII does not receive or store your payment details.

No ads, no tracking

Productivity Planner contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data sharing

ELII does not sell your personal information. The only third party involved is Apple, strictly to provide iCloud sync and process purchases as described above.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke microphone and notification permissions at any time in your device settings, and turn iCloud sync on or off; doing so only disables the related feature. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
