Common Words Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Common Words, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
ELII grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Common Words for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3. Subscriptions & in-app purchases
Optional premium features are offered via In-App Purchase and, where applicable, auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Disclaimer
Common Words is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ELII is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
